Product Owner (Salesforce) - Hybrid Working

Guardian are now recruiting for a new Product Owner (Salesforce) to join the team!

Reporting into the Head of Service Development, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Salesforce improvements for the Operational teams. You will collaborate with the cross functional change and delivery squad to create a continual flow of development ready work.

As the owner of the Operations Salesforce backlog, you will continuously evaluate and prioritise the backlog based on business value, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and our strategic objectives. You will share the roadmap of changes, ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility of the agreed priorities and deliverables.

You will be responsible for capturing the high level requirements, eliciting the business value and monitoring post launch to ensure benefit realisation.
